The official site of New Zealand's 2XU Stroke & Stride Series™ held in Auckland every summer.  For more than two decades the Stroke & Stride has provided events over a range distances that are achievable for competent swimmers and runners while at the same time offering excellent competition for the top athletes.

New Zealand’s most popular swimrun series consists of eight events held midweek each fortnight from November through March at Mission Bay and St Heliers Bay.  Each event starts with a sea swim in the Waitemata Harbour followed by a road run on the waterfront allowing participants to enjoy a regular form of healthy, outdoor exercise and make the most of the city’s magnificent harbour and beaches.

There is $80,000 in prizes including $10,000 prize money for the fastest competitors plus a mountain of prizes from our sponsors that all competitors are in the draw to win.
